SOCKET.
You must be on PAYU, (zero ballance
prefferable) VIA SMS SEND:

now click testIP on your simple server.

N/B: this ip 82.145.211.65 is not fast, loads
@ 4kbps, and may not power ucweb and
web browser because it's an OPERA MINI I.P.
So, you may need to test any I.P. with the
settings (just the I.P) other I.Ps that also
works: 82.145.211.1/ 82.145.210.145.
China and Canada I.Ps
should work well with the settings, tested
some already.

Let's manage this for now
